The Roanoke, Virginia law firm of Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore is one of the largest law firms in southwestern Virginia. Our firm has varied opportunities for employment. Gentry Locke was founded in 1923, and the work environment has evolved to become collaborative, comfortable, and very collegial. Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore is a team environment. We work together with complementary skill sets for the greater good -- the needs of our clients. Because our services cover a broad range of business needs, as well as services for individuals, we utilize a Practice Group structure. While there are differing levels of attorney associations within the firm, status is a minor consideration. Whether attorney or staff, everyone is approachable, and each employee is treated with equal respect and courtesy.
