Gentry Locke's Staffing group is led by Diane J. Geller, a practicing attorney for over 25 years and admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Tennessee and application pending in Virginia. For over 19 years, Ms. Geller has serviced contingent staffing companies and their vendors by offering the industry specific knowledge. Prior to entering private practice Ms. Geller served as General Counsel for a $600 million, publicly traded national staffing company specializing in supplemental staffing, contract staffing, employee leasing and funding of independent staffing services. As General Counsel, Ms. Geller was responsible for overseeing the daily legal and risk management aspects of the company with its unique staffing issues. Her in-house background and private practice experience provides an invaluable perspective when guiding staffing clients through the issues they confront including contract negotiations, employment law matters, receivables financing, franchise law issues, litigation and general corporate matters.
In an effort to prevent and avoid unnecessary delays, the Firm's Staffing Practice Group attorneys work closely with their clients in order to provide quality, time-sensitive, practical, industry-appropriate representation. When advisors in a non-legal field are required, we offer our clients a network of contracts and other resources in receivables funding, management consulting, accounting, insurance and debt and equity financing.
