Agency Investigations (DOL/EEOC/OFCCP)

Avoiding litigation is a top priority for most businesses and often the first step is responding to a charge of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or some other state/federal agency. The attorneys in the Gentry Locke Labor and Employment Section have significant experience responding to EEOC and related charges. Through this experience, our attorneys have developed excellent relationships with the various federal and state agencies which allows our clients to have the benefit of knowing how to respond to these claims and providing the best possible opportunity to succeed without litigation. If, however, litigation is necessary, our attorneys have represented clients before the state and federal trial and appellate courts in all types of employment matters including:
