- Represents and counsels Management on matters relating to use of independent contractors, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, policies and procedures, reductions in force, separation agreements and covenants not to compete.
- Counsels employers regarding employment matters including harassment and discrimination.
- Handles inquiries from the DOL, OFCCP, and the Department of Homeland Security.
- Has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, Human Rights Commissions, and various local arbitration associations.
