- Assists and advises clients in preparing employment agreements, noncompete and confidentiality agreements, independent contractor agreements, and employee policy handbooks

- Represents partnerships, public companies, and private corporations large and small in contract negotiations, employment matters, receivables financing, franchise law issues, and general corporate matters
- Assists with the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of the purchase or sale of a business or corporate entity
- Former in-house counsel for a 600 million dollar, publicly traded company in the staffing and funding industry
- Provided daily management of the legal needs and risk management for several businesses including those in the staffing, propane gas, medical, and insurance service industries
