Josh Johnson focuses his practice on construction litigation, criminal defense and government regulatory matters. He represents both individuals and corporations in a wide variety of complex civil matters as well as in government investigations in federal and state courts.
- Representation of a former bank president and CEO in a highly publicized federal indictment and subsequent proceedings
- Representation of a mortgage broker charged with fraud in excess of $11 million in a highly publicized federal indictment and subsequent proceedings
- Representation and successful summary judgment for a commercial masonry contractor against a national construction manager
- Representation of a construction company and successful dismissal from a lawsuit seeking in excess of $125 million
- Representation of national highway/bridge contractor in administrative appeal regarding multi-million dollar dispute
- Representation of a public authority in a four-day trial regarding a highly publicized construction dispute
