CLE Credits – We anticipate the seminar will be approved for seven hours of CLE credits, two of which will cover Ethics. You will receive your Virginia MCLE Board Certification of Attendance Form after the program. As of this date, we are still awaiting approval.

VIRTUAL attendees – You will receive your Virginia MCLE Board Certification of Attendance Form via e-mail once the program has been approved and we have confirmed your attendance for the entire day.

IN-PERSON attendees – You will receive your Virginia MCLE Board Certification of Attendance Form either at the hotel at the conclusion of the program, or via e-mail, soon after the Bar approves the program. Registration for in-person attendance closed 5/3/2021. Virtual is still open.
