Hailey Wilkes is a member of the firm’s Civil Defense Litigation group. She represents individuals and organizations in civil defense matters through all phases of state and federal litigation. She has experience trying bench and jury trials, counseling clients, interviewing and deposing witnesses, coordinating with experts and consultants, and negotiating settlements. Hailey received her B.S. from Utah Valley University (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Hailey is licensed in Virginia as well as Washington D.C. and Wyoming.

    I like to read all of the articles, but I especially enjoy the articles that highlight people doing kind things for others/strangers in their community.

  • You love sports. What kind of sports do you participate in and what is your favorite sports team?

    I love to watch and/or play any kind of sport! I enjoy skiing and fishing as well as playing volleyball and football. My favorite sports team is the Green Bay Packers.
