In October 2021, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) announced its Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to combat cybersecurity vulnerabilities and cyber threats by ensuring federal contractors and grantees implement required cybersecurity standards.
