On September 15, 2017, Gentry Locke partner Kathy Wright presented a CLE seminar with J. Duncan Pitchford to attendees of an event presented by The Virginia Bar Association’s Real Estate Section. The event took place in Charlottesville, Virginia. The one-hour course was designed to help real estate and general practitioners navigate Virginia’s dam regulations and dam ownership obligations, including dam maintenance, inspections, construction, alteration, costs and funding.

Kathy Wright joined Gentry Locke in 2002. Kathy works to solve Commercial Litigation matters with a focus on the areas of local government law, including zoning, subdivision and taxation.
