K. Brett Marston

K. Brett Marston chairs the Construction Law practice group at Gentry Locke. Brett has extensive experience in construction contract negotiations and preparation, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, construction defects, delay claims, insurance, and OSHA matters. He handles significant construction matters in federal and state courts, arbitration, and mediation for general contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals, and suppliers.

Spencer M. Wiegard

Spencer Wiegard is a Partner and a member of Gentry Locke’s Construction Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Spencer represents general contractors, subcontractors, trade contractors, suppliers and design professionals. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar Construction Law and Public Contracts Section. He is also a member of both the Board of Directors and the Legislative Committee for the Associated General Contractors of Virginia. Spencer is a former President of the AGCVA’s Roanoke/Southwest Virginia District.
