November 4, 2011 Phoenix, AZ / Sponsored by Industry Conference and Tradeshow

Do you have a social media policy? Are you protecting your confidential information from being published on social media? Join Diane J. Geller, Partner, Gentry, Locke, Rakes and Moore, LLP as she discusses the wonders and challenges of the social media landscape. Attendees will learn updates on the latest social media wonders and blunders; whether and how laws such as the NLRA, FCRA, SCA and Title VII have evolved to keep up with the social media phenomena; whether social media should be used in the hiring and firing process; the challenges with keeping confidential information “confidential” with social media; whether you are entitled to know what your employees are saying about you on social media platforms; and considerations for drafting social media policies.
