Virginia attorney David Paxton will speak on writer’s rights, ownership of work product and freelance contracting issues on September 15th at Center in the Square. This is the 5th edition of The Arts Council of the Blue Ridge’s Writers Workshops series. David’s presentation will be the first by a non-writer, but it will also be important in enabling writers to better understand the business and intellectual property side of the creative pursuit of writing.
