Employment Law White Paper from National Conference Available

Gentry Locke Partner W. David Paxton recently chaired a national Labor & Employment Law Seminar in Half Moon Bay, California.

As part of the seminar, attendees participated in a series of roundtable discussions. From the discussions, a white paper was generated on five topics; Internal Investigations, Protecting Confidential Information, E-Discovery, Managing Leave and Attendance Issues, and Workforce Reduction.
