Herschel V. Keller Joins Gentry Locke, Lynchburg Office to Open

Herschel V. WalkerThe Virginia firm of Gentry Locke Attorneys, headquartered in Roanoke, is expanding its footprint and opening a law office in Lynchburg, Va. The office will be launched with Gentry Locke’s newest partner, Herschel V. Keller.

“We are growing our firm and enhancing services to clients in the business communities both in Lynchburg and along the Route 29 and 460 corridors. At Gentry Locke, we travel and use technology to reach clients in many states, but sometimes it’s important to have a permanent presence where a significant segment of our clients work and live,” said Monica Monday, Gentry Locke’s Managing Partner.  “In line with our goal to more directly reach and service our clients, we are excited to announce that Herschel Keller, a highly regarded attorney in Lynchburg, has joined Gentry Locke as a partner.”

Keller represents businesses through his practice of Corporate and Business Law, Commercial Construction Law and Litigation, Employment Law, and Complex Contract Drafting and Negotiation in Lynchburg and statewide. Keller lives in Lynchburg, where he has practiced law for the past 15 years. He is active in the community, including serving as past president of the Central District Committee for the Virginia Associated General Contractors. Keller earned his law degree from the University of Richmond, T. C. Williams School of Law and was admitted to the Virginia bar in 1997.

According to Brett Marston, chair of Gentry Locke’s Construction Practice, “Herschel’s experience and connections in the construction industry will add depth to our existing construction practice, enabling us to provide construction law and business services to clients throughout the region.”
