The New Face of Gentry Locke: Downtown Roanoke Skyline Changes

PR-sign1The Virginia law firm of Gentry Locke has introduced a modern, new look that conveys the firm’s energy and contemporary thinking, while still reflecting its significant history and traditions.

According to Managing Partner, Monica Monday, “We wanted people to get a better idea of what it feels like to work with our attorneys. Now people can see what makes us who we are: uncommon thinking, a fierce drive to achieve success for our clients, and responsiveness that leads to deep, long-term relationships. We are a dynamic and talented group of people. We want the public to get a better grasp of how diligently and resourcefully we serve their needs.”

In January, the firm introduced its new logo and website at www.gentrylocke.com. Last week, exterior signage was installed on its headquarters in Roanoke—the first time in thirty-eight years that Gentry Locke will have its mark on the building it shares with SunTrust.

It’s a colorful change. Brett Marston, a Partner at Gentry Locke, said, “Our new logo and image signifies uncommon thinking; approachability; trust, and growth. Over the past few months we have been growing the firm, adding proven, new talent, and expanding our geographic footprint with the addition of an office in Lynchburg that will allow us to more deeply serve our clients across the region. Since we launched the brand in January, we are getting very positive reviews from clients and the community alike. Our clients know what it’s like to have us on their team, and now the community has a better idea of that, as well.”

The new look and message—developed in partnership with Lynchburg, Va.-based Prototype Advertising, a full-service marketing agency—will be seen across facilities and event signage, marketing collateral, advertising in business publications, and digital platforms like the website and social media.
