Attorney Robert Dean presented to fellow attorneys attending a meeting of the Ted Dalton American Inn of Court in Salem, Virginia. His presentation discussed “Virginia Ethics of Digital Marketing”.

Brett Marston presented before Local Government professionals at a seminar sponsored by Brown Edwards on January 9, 2014. The topic of the presentation was “Trending Issues in Public Construction Contracting in Virginia”.

On October 22, 2013, Gentry Locke Partner Tom Bondurant co-presented a session on “Direct and Cross-Examination of Fact Witnesses” to fellow attorneys at the ACTL Fellows Public Interest Lawyers Seminar.  Tom is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Attorney Todd Leeson made a presentation to HR professionals at the Virginia Legal Forum on September 25, 2013. The topic was “Legal Issues Arising Out of Social Media Use by Employees”.

Attorney Herschel Keller presented a program on “Leadership and Legalities: A Realistic Guide to the Application of Employment Law in the Workplace” to a Lynchburg College audience in the Spring of 2013.

On March 18th, 2013, Gentry Locke Partners Brett Marston and Josh Johnson presented information to an audience of members of the Tedd Dalton American Inn of Court.

On March 7, 2013, Gentry Locke partner Todd Leeson presented information on employment law trends and updates to The Management Institute at Roanoke College’s Spring Semester participants.

On March 4, 2013, Gentry Locke partner Paul Klockenbrink gave a presentation to students of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department at Virginia Tech. The topic was “Current Hot Legal Issues Impacting the Tourism & Hospitality Industry”.

Gentry Locke Managing Partner Monica Monday presented a CLE via teleconference to members of the VTLA  on February 19, 2013. Her presentation was “Art or Science? Drafting Good Assignments of Error.”
