Randolph-Macon College Wins the Inaugural Gentry Locke Cup Trophy
ROANOKE, Va. (May 1, 2026) – The Virginia law firm Gentry Locke proudly congratulates Randolph-Macon College on winning the inaugural Gentry Locke Cup. Randolph-Macon College secured first place with 57 points, winning a total of 28 games against participating schools. The University of Lynchburg and Virginia Wesleyan University tied for second place with 51 points, followed by Roanoke College.

The Gentry Locke Cup is a spirited athletic competition among four schools in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), each representing one of the four markets served by Gentry Locke: Roanoke, Lynchburg, Richmond, and Norfolk. The participating schools include:
- Roanoke College (Roanoke)
- University of Lynchburg (Lynchburg)
- Randolph-Macon College (Richmond)
- Virginia Wesleyan University (Hampton Roads)
Each school will also receive a scholarship contribution from Gentry Locke towards the school’s athletic programs, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to supporting higher education, competition, and the communities in which we serve.
Gentry Locke will present the Gentry Locke Cup Trophy to Randolph-Macon College during an on-campus celebration at one of their fall home games next year. Additional details about the celebration will be announced at a later date.
