On August 18, 2011 the Office of the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) published a report of the “Acting General Counsel concerning social media cases within the last year.” The report issued by Lafe E. Solomon chronicles the Board’s decisions in 14 cases recently decided. According to a study released by the U. S.
