Roanoke’s CLE is seeking approval for 7.33 hours of CLE credits, two of which will cover Ethics. Richmond’s CLE is seeking approval for 6.5 hours of CLE credits, two of which will cover Ethics.
IN-PERSON attendees
You will receive your Virginia MCLE Board Certification of Attendance Form at the conclusion of the program.
VIRTUAL attendees
If you attend VIRTUALLY, the webcast platform will provide a report of all those who registered and attended the webcast. It will also capture how long the attendees were actually in attendance throughout the day. You will receive the documentation you need to get your CLE credit once your attendance has been verified. You will receive these documents via e-mail approximately 5 days after the webcast.

The presentation covered what a contractor needs to know when considering an ESOP as part of a succession/continuity and ownership transfer strategy, what questions to ask, and how to analyze an ESOP alternative in a construction environment.
