For many years he has represented institutional clients including the housing authority, the school board, and the Chapter 10 Services Board in his community. Pulley’s trial experience has helped many clients in the courtroom, and they have often benefited from his advice on how to avoid the expense, inconvenience and risk of litigation.
“Top Lawyers of Greater Lynchburg” was compiled using results from a peer-to-peer survey conducted by DataJoe Research. DataJoe surveyed 140 lawyers directly and each lawyer could vote for up to three lawyers in each category. Nearly 340 lawyers were nominated. Lawyers who earned the most number of votes in each category made the list.
