Gentry Locke Welcomes Two Associate Attorneys to the Firm

The Virginia law firm of Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm, Nicole Poltash and Scott Stephenson.

Nicole A. Poltash is a member of Gentry Locke’s Construction law and Commercial Litigation practice groups, where she represents general contractors, subcontractors, trade contractors, suppliers, and design professionals. Nicole is a contributing author to two blogs:Virginia Construction Law Update at www.VAConstructionLawUpdate.com, and Virginia OSHA Law News at www.VaOSHALawNews.com. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Nicole graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree with a dual major in Commerce and German Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.

Scott A. Stephenson is a member of Gentry Locke’s Commercial Litigation group where his practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, mineral rights, appeals, and critical motions practice. Prior to joining Gentry Locke, Scott was a summer associate at the firm, and served as a judicial intern for judges on both the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. A native of Salem, Virginia, he earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College.
